10 employees, 15 devices arian Complete: 10 × €59.90 = €599.00/month. Onboarding one-time: €990. Tip: From 5 users onwards, arian Complete+ with support flat rate is worthwhile.
Larger company

Support prices
If support is not included in your package, the following prices apply.
Remote support
€120 per hour (net). Billing in 15-minute intervals. Typical: Set up printer (€30), Outlook problem (€30-60), create new user (€60-120).
On-site support
€120 per hour + €30 travel fee (Düsseldorf/Bonn). Billing in 15-minute intervals. Typical: Server diagnosis (€120-240), network setup (from €240).

arian Protect
€49.90 per device (one-time). Includes: Inventory assessment, agent installation, monitoring configuration and 4 weeks of fine-tuning.
arian CloudProtect
€690 (up to 10 users) + €49 per additional user. Includes: M365 analysis, backup setup, activate archiving and compliance check.
arian Complete
990 € (up to 10 users) + 79 € per additional user. Includes: Complete infrastructure analysis, endpoint + cloud backup setup, handover.
arian Complete+
1,490 € (up to 10 users) + 99 € per additional user. Includes: Complete infrastructure analysis, endpoint + cloud backup setup, support infrastructure and team handover. From 5 employees onwards.
Contract Terms
Monthly cancellation
All products: monthly, 14 days notice period. No annual contracts required. Annual contracts possible with approx. 5-10% discount (upon request).
Scale flexibly
Add users: immediately, next billing. Remove users: 14 days advance notice. Switch products (e.g. from Protect to Complete): possible monthly. No penalty fee for switching.
Price stability
Prices may change annually (with 3 months advance notice). No surprise pricing. Existing customers receive grandfathering clause: old prices remain for at least 12 months.
One invoice
Monthly billing in advance on the 1st of each month. Support is billed monthly or per ticket. With arian Complete everything is on one invoice.
Frequently asked questions about our prices
Which product is right for me?
Device protection only → arian Protect. M365 backup only → arian CloudProtect. Both in one package → arian Complete. Both plus support flat rate → arian Complete+.
Can I switch between products?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from Protect to Complete, or from Complete to Complete+. The change takes effect with the next billing period.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. All products are monthly cancellable with 14 days notice.
Are Microsoft 365 licenses included in the prices?
No. Microsoft 365 licenses are billed separately for all products. We manage the licenses for you - you pay the Microsoft list price without markup.
What does support cost when it's not included?
120 €/hour in 15-minute increments. Only with arian Complete+ is remote support included (fair use). For all other products, support is charged based on effort.
Can I book arian Complete+ for individual employees only?
No. Complete+ applies to all employees, bookable from 5 users onwards. No mixing with Complete possible.
What happens if I have more devices than users?
With arian Complete and Complete+, 2 devices per user are included. Additional devices can be booked separately via arian Protect (19.90 €/device).
How quickly can I start?
After the free initial consultation, onboarding takes 1-4 weeks depending on the product. You are typically fully protected within 2 weeks.
