Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes, completely free and without obligation. We take 30 minutes to understand your IT situation. Afterwards, you can decide at your own pace whether a collaboration makes sense.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Our IT architect informs himself about your company beforehand. It's helpful if you know how many employees and devices are in use, but we'll clarify that together as well.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We get back to you within one business day. Usually you get an appointment within the next 2-3 days, or even faster for urgent matters.
Which packages does arian offer?
We have four products: arian Protect (Endpoint Security from €19.90/device), arian CloudProtect (Microsoft 365 Backup from €24.90/user), arian Complete (IT flat rate from €59.90/user) and arian Complete+ (IT flat rate with support from €99.90/user). All prices plus VAT. During the conversation, we'll find out what suits you.
Does arian also support companies outside of Düsseldorf and Bonn?
Yes. Our services work completely remotely nationwide. We currently offer on-site deployments in the Düsseldorf and Bonn area.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. All arian packages can be cancelled monthly. No risk, no long commitments.
