No. Support is billed based on effort: 120 €/hour in 15-minute increments. If your team regularly needs support, arian Complete+ with included support flat rate (Fair Use) is worthwhile.
Each user can protect up to 2 devices, for example laptop and desktop PC. Additional devices can be booked separately via arian Protect.
Yes. You can upgrade from Protect or CloudProtect to Complete at any time. Or switch from Complete to Complete+ if you want to add the support flat rate.
You report the departure to us, we deactivate the user for the next billing period. The costs decrease immediately.
No. arian Complete can be cancelled monthly with 14 days' notice.
From 1 user. Complete is always worthwhile when you need both endpoint protection and cloud backup - the package price is cheaper than the individual products plus 2 devices per user included.
