How the transition to arian Complete works
Phase 1: Analysis & Planning
We examine your current IT infrastructure, record all devices and users, and create a migration and setup plan.
Phase 2: Migration & Setup
Install Endpoint Security on all devices, activate cloud backup and archiving for M365, set up monitoring.
Phase 3: Go-Live & Handover
All systems are running, backups are tested, your team receives the contact details for support. From now on, you are protected.

59.90 € per user per month including 2 devices, backup and archiving. M365 licenses not included. All prices net plus VAT.
Is arian Complete right for you?
arian Complete is suitable if:
You need endpoint protection and cloud backup for all employees and don't want to manage this separately. Ideal for companies from 1 employee who want a clean IT foundation without a support contract.
arian Complete is not suitable if:
You regularly need IT support - then arian Complete+ with support flat rate is the better choice. Or if you only need individual components: arian Protect for pure endpoint protection or arian CloudProtect for M365 backup.

Are Microsoft 365 licenses included in Complete?
No. Microsoft 365 licenses are billed separately. We can manage the licenses for you - you pay the Microsoft list price without markup.
Is support included in Complete?
No. Support is billed based on effort: 120 €/hour in 15-minute increments. If your team regularly needs support, arian Complete+ with included support flat rate (Fair Use) is worthwhile.
What does 2 devices per user mean?
Each user can protect up to 2 devices, for example laptop and desktop PC. Additional devices can be booked separately via arian Protect.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes. You can upgrade from Protect or CloudProtect to Complete at any time. Or switch from Complete to Complete+ if you want to add the support flat rate.
What happens when an employee leaves?
You report the departure to us, we deactivate the user for the next billing period. The costs decrease immediately.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. arian Complete can be cancelled monthly with 14 days' notice.
From how many users is Complete worthwhile?
From 1 user. Complete is always worthwhile when you need both endpoint protection and cloud backup - the package price is cheaper than the individual products plus 2 devices per user included.
What does onboarding cost?
Up to 10 users: one-time €990. Each additional user: €79. Example: 15 users = €990 + 5 × €79 = €1,385.
